Plain house rules for WCS and Woo Collectibles. This is not legal advice. If you later have a solicitor line, we will swap it in.
Who we are
WCS organises trading card events in Scotland. Woo Collectibles buys stock. Enquiries: hello@woocardshows.com
Tickets
September tickets are free on this site. October is paid on Stripe. Tickets are non-refundable unless the show is cancelled or moved by us. Keep your WooCardShows reference. Winter Trade Nights tickets will be listed when they go on sale.
On the floor
Treat staff, vendors and other collectors with respect. We can refuse entry or ask anyone to leave if they make the room unsafe or unpleasant. Photography of the room is fine; do not photograph other people’s stock without asking.
Vendors
Tables are allocated after an application, photos of stock, and a short call. Public liability insurance is optional, not required. You are responsible for your own stock, cash and display. Load-in for Winter Trade Nights is 5:30pm. The show runs 6:00pm to 10:00pm (not too early — not too late). Confirmation is by email after the call.
Sell To Woo
Offers follow the published rates unless a higher-end lot is negotiated. All items must be sent fully insured to cover both parties. Proof of postage must be emailed to hello@woocardshows.com at the point of sending. Opening of packages is recorded. Payment is on receipt of goods (a bank payment to the registered name on file), once checked against your photos and links. A PO BOX address will be given when you accept an offer. Consignment for WCS Diamond Events can be discussed on higher-end pieces.
Photos and data
Application photos, videos and form details are used to vet vendors, price buy-ins and reply to you. We keep them as long as needed for that show or deal. We do not sell your details.
We only send show updates, giveaways and vendor news if you tick the box. You can untick it in your account at any time.

The Room
WCS is a vetted floor. You are here to trade fairly, keep the room calm, and look after collectors, including first-timers.

Stock
Genuine only.

The Table
Arrive for load-in. Winter Trade Nights: 5:30pm load-in, show 6:00pm to 10:00pm. (Not too early — Not too late). Stay until close unless the organiser agrees otherwise. Keep your table tidy.

People
No shouting or swearing. Children and families attend these shows. Ask before photographing others’ stock. Do not crowd other tables or pressure sell.

Money And Risk
Your cash and stock are your responsibility. Please be careful at all times. Public liability insurance is optional, not required.

The Organiser
Tables are confirmed after a short call. We can refuse a table, or ask you to leave, if this code is broken. Confirmation is by email.
