Offers follow the rates below, against live market on Collector, Pulse and recent comps. Higher-end pieces can be negotiated.

Cash Advances

First lots are paid on receipt. Sell a few times, keep the stock clean and the paperwork simple, and we can look at cash advances on future lots. That is earned, not automatic.

  • Higher end can be negotiated.
  • Invoices can be provided.
  • Opening of packages will be recorded.
  • A written offer comes first, nothing moves until you accept it.
  • Payment is made on receipt of goods (a bank payment to the registered name on file). Delivery to a PO BOX (information will be provided to the client via email).
  • If a lot does not match, we will say so and agree next steps before any money is sent.
  • There is no fee to request a quote.
  • Cash advances are only discussed after a few completed sales.At Sole Discretion
  • All items must be sent fully insured to cover both parties.Proof of postage must be emailed to hello@woocardshows.com at the point of sending the item.
  • Consignment can be discussed for higher-end items to be sold at WCS Diamond Events.

WCS Diamond Events

Diamond Events are our quarterly flagship events from 2027. The first is Sunday 31st January 2027 at Norton House & Spa Hotel, Edinburgh. These are carefully selected luxury floors, capped at 34 high-end vendor tables, so the room stays high-end for collectors. Higher-end pieces you sell to Woo can be discussed for consignment on that floor instead of an outright buy-in, when the stock fits.

Cost for vendor tables is TBA. If you are sending stock in, mention consignment on the quote form and we will talk it through with the written offer.
