Book A Table

Open Floor is for vendors in the host town and nearby, including first tables. Woo's Winter Trade Nights are fortnightly Thursdays this winter. Diamond Events are quarterly from 2027, a carefully selected luxury floor. All of it opens the hobby up safely for all.

Vendors are vetted. A short call with the organiser comes first.

Open Floor, Woo's Winter Trade Nights and Diamond Events are open to apply. Diamond tables are held until pricing is set.

Process

How Vendor Applications Work

    Choose Your Shows

    Open Floor, Woo's Winter Trade Nights, and Diamond Events. Short, clear, pick the floor that fits.

  2. 02

    Submit An Application

    Tell us who you are, what you will be bringing to the table, and select a suitable date. First tables are welcome for our Open Floor events / Woo's Winter Trade Nights.

  3. 03

    Short Call

    Vendors are vetted. A short call with the organiser comes first, so we open the hobby safely for all.

  4. 04

    Confirmation

    If we can place you, you receive confirmation and an invoice by email.

Diamond Level Membership (Annual Membership Cost TBA)

Budget 5ft tables are £90. Standard is ×10 tables at £100. Diamond tables are £125, ×7 available. Diamond Level is one Standard table at Diamond Events only, still vetted, with no Open Floor priority.

  • Four dates a year.
  • Vendors are hand-selected for stock, presentation and fit. A luxury, high-end floor, not an open field.
  • Diamond Level members receive one Standard table on those dates, still subject to a call.

Open Floor: Standard £75, Sponsorship £85, VIP £100 — all per table. Sponsorship is maximum four tables for two vendors, two tables each. VIP is maximum two tables for one vendor. Capped at 17 tables. Trusted vendors book and pay from their account.
